Terms & Cons

Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
In these terms of business, the expression ”Accommodation” means the Accommodation operated by the Accommodation defined in the Client”s confirmation and ”Client” means the person, firm or company making a booking or staying at the Accommodation. These terms apply to all bookings except to the extent where specific terms apply for a particular booking.

Bookings
Bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card. No stag or hen parties.

Arrival and departure
Check in is after 15.00.  If you require a early or late check in please let us know by telephoning 01704530718. Check out is at 10:30 am.

Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled outside of 7 days – payment will be returned within 5 working days. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total reservations at the package rate at which the reservation was made will be levied; in the instance of an online payment where monies have been paid no refund will be given, plus any expenses made by the client. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges.

Amendments
To amend your booking, simply call 01704 530718

Payment
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Full payment is required on arrival.
All extras will be charged at the end of your stay.

Insurance
Clients are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation.

Children
A responsible adult must accompany children under the age of 18 years.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the whole establishment. Please respect our non-smoking policy as we do enforce this very strictly and will make a charge if there is evidence of smoking in the room to cover the additional cost of cleaning, and you will be asked to leave with no compensation or refund.

Damage and breakages
The cost (assessed by us) of any damage or breakage of our property, caused by guests, will be added to the final Invoice.

Data protection
The information provided by the Client may be processed by the accommodation for the purposes it has notified to the Information Commissioner. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to this processing
